Return Policy

TIMSCO International is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return is required. Please carefully review our return policy to understand your responsibilities when initiating a return.

 

We offer a 30-day return window for non-special-order items in their original condition. There is a 25% restocking fee, and special orders are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Damaged items must be reported within five days. Non-receipt of items should be reported within ten days. 1. 30-Day Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return a non-special-order item within 30 days of the shipment date to receive full credit or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition. All returns will be subject to the terms below.

 

2. Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

3. Special Orders

Please note that special orders are Non-Refundable. Once an order has been placed for a special item, it cannot be canceled or returned.

 

4. Return Shipment Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5. Damage in Shipment

If your item is damaged during shipment, you must report the damage to us within five (5) business days of receiving the item. Failure to report the damage within this timeframe will result in the customer assuming responsibility for the costs of the damage. Do not throw away the product or packaging and take photograph to provide to the shipper.

 

6. Non-Receipt of Items

If you do not receive your item within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. You must report non-receipt of items within ten (10) business days of the expected delivery date. If you fail to report the non-receipt within this timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for the missing item, and you may incur the cost of the item.

 

7. Shipping Data and Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with the shipping data or tracking information via email. This information will allow you to track your package and estimate the delivery date.

 

8. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact our sales representative who processed your purchase order with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on returning your item.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, minus the restocking fee.

  • Drivers are not authorized to accept returns without approval from a sales representative.

 

9. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Special orders

  • Clearance items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Calibrated specifications
